1. Nando’s Spicy Rice Recipe

- Cover and simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes after adding the lemon juice and finely chopped coriander.

Ingredients include:
- Cooking Stir Fry 200 g
- Rice 1 Litre Water 1 tsp Oil 1 tsp Salt
- Two tablespoons oil
- Two green chillies
- One onion
- One bell pepper
- One bell pepper
- 50 g frozen peas
- One teaspoon of Garlic Paste
- One carrot
- One tablespoon of Soy Sauce
- One teaspoon salt,

- Two bay leaves
- Two teaspoons Cumin Seeds jeera
- Two green chillies
- 750 g Chicken 600 ml

- Wash the rice in a small basin and soak it for at least 30 minutes.
- While the rice is soaking, heat the Oil in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot.
- Sauté for 1-2 minutes after adding the entire black pepper, cumin seeds, and bay leaves.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, until the onions are brown, over medium heat.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes after adding two tablespoons of water; the onions’ colour will affect the rice’s final colour.
- Sauté for another 1-2 minutes after adding the ginger paste, garlic paste, and crushed chillies.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes after adding the chicken.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes on medium heat after adding the salt, garam masala, and green chilli.
- Cook for another 6-8 minutes on medium heat after adding the water.
- Cook the rice for 6-8 minutes on high heat or until the bulk of the water absorbs the rice.
- Cook for another 15 minutes on low heat, covered.
- Serve with homemade raita and relish!
4. Keema Pulao – Spicy Rice Recipe

Ingredients include:
- 300 g rice
- 500 g minced lamb Keema
- 50 ml Oil
- One onion,
- Two tablespoons cumin seeds Jeera
- Eight cloves
- Three black cardamom
- One teaspoon peppercorn Elaichi, Bari
- Two bay leaves
- Two teaspoons of ginger paste,
- Two teaspoons of garlic paste,
- and one teaspoon of salt
- One teaspoon of crushed chillies
- Two green peppers
- 700 mL drinking water
Instructions:
- Soak the rice in water for at least 30 minutes after washing it until the water flows clear.
- Heat the Oil in a skillet, then add the whole spices and sauté for 1-2 minutes or until aromatic.
- Brown the thinly chopped onions for 6-8 minutes.
- Then add one tablespoon of water and simmer for another 1-2 minutes, or until the colour of the onions is released.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes after adding the ginger and garlic paste.
- Cook for 5 minutes, or until the lamb mince browns, constantly stirring until there are no lumps.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes after adding the salt and crushed chillies.
- Bring the water and green chillies to a mild boil.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes on high heat or until 80% of the water has evaporated.
- Cook for 15 minutes on low heat, covered.
